Welcome to Gigha Halibut, based on the beautiful Scottish Isle of Gigha, where we specialise in the artisan production of sustainable Scottish Atlantic Halibut. We are taking a break from our weekly harvests for a few months to allow the fish to grow. We would like to thank everyone for all of the support throughout 2021 and look forward to being back in the Spring of 2022!
